Great location - situated at the corner of Madison Ave. and E31st Street, making it convenient for exploring the city. The lobby is warm and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere. The room, although small, is well-appointed and suitable for solo travelers.

The service at the hotel was subpar. Despite requesting a wake-up call, it never came.

During our stay at Hotel Aka Nomad, we were kinda surprised by the spaciousness of our room. The view from our room was amazing, giving us a wonderful glimpse of the city. It was a great experience to wake up to such a view every morning.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as a small bathroom and limited breakfast options, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience we had at Hotel Aka Nomad.

We were pleased to find attractive rooms at this excellent boutique hotel. Everything was fine as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was a little tired.

Everything was perfectly fine, fairly clean hotel, ideal location close to everything. The food was good and the staff was accommodating!

We had a great stay here in the city center. The location is perfect and we were easily able to reach all attractions from here. The staff were all very nice and helpful, from the doorman to the concierge to the front desk and bar staff to the room cleaners. They were all very accommodating. The amenities in the room including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area were all really nice. The room was well soundproofed and we didn't hear any noise from outside. The terrace was a nice bonus too.

We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel was fairly clean with very good staff and rooms. I liked the room with a terrace or balcony, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

This hotel is in a great location, close enough to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. It's easy to walk around and see all the amazing attractions that tourists want to visit. There are also plenty of NYC bars in the area to explore. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel offers a convenient and enjoyable experience for guests.

The soundproofing in the hotel rooms could be improved, as doors slamming can be heard at times.

The amenities in the room were excellent, from the comfortable sitting area to the soundproofed rooms. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room we stayed in at Aka Nomad was beautifully appointed with stylish interiors and a comfortable bed. The location was ideal, close to popular attractions and shopping areas. The complimentary hot apple cider was a good touch that put us in a festive mood. The staff at the concierge stand and restaurant were friendly and helpful. During our romantic escape, we found two standout features of the hotel. the comfort and elegance of the rooms were great, making our stay enjoyable. the perfect service provided by the reception staff was so great. They were efficient, friendly, and were very good too assist us throughout our stay. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the major sites of the city, adding convenience to our trip.

There were a couple of aspects that were not ideal. there was some confusion regarding the use of the stairs, as it appeared that the door could be locked.

The hotel's location in Midtown Manhattan was ideal for our business event and allowed us to easily explore the area. We enjoyed the convenience of finding nearby restaurants and being able to take an evening stroll on 5th avenue. The staff were amazing and very helpful, providing us with a recommended restaurant list that catered to our vegetarian and vegan preferences. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. our stay at this hotel was fantastic.
